Flavours Not all ice cream is the same! Our range of ice cream distinguishes between four basic types.				Ice Cream Menu
Classic The name says it all – our Classic products are old favourites such as vanilla, chocolate, lemon, chocolate chip or yoghurt varieties. As a whole, they are the most traditional group in our range, but that doesn’t make them any less delicious than other flavours. Sugar-free and lactose-free ice cream We are very proud to present our new range of sugar-free ice cream, made using fructose. This innovative selection includes fruits of the forest, pear and chocolate flavours. And while fruit sorbets like fruits of the forest and pear are already lactose-free, we have also created a chocolate flavour ice cream entirely free from lactose.		Premium Choosing one of our Premium ice creams means a whole new taste experience. We’ve developed the original varieties in this segment exclusively for our customers. Biscottino (mascarpone ice cream with biscuits and nougat sauce) and Fruttissimo (kiwi, banana and pineapple sorbet with passion fruit and mango sauce) are just two of our unique Premium varieties, only available in our ice cream salon! Organic ice cream The fourth and final basic type is our Organic Ice Cream. Pistachio, vanilla, bacio bianco and many other flavours: all the varieties in this section are guaranteed organic – produced and monitored according to European organic food regulations.
