Wellness with Ice Cream (ice cream specialities with fruit) Maximum fruit factor – that’s what you could call our compositions in the category Wellness with Ice Cream. To guarantee the highest quality and absolute freshness at all times, we vary our compositions depending on the availability of seasonal fruits. The composition “Yogolosa” – made up of yoghurt ice cream, sorbet, fresh yoghurt, fruit, whipped cream and sauce – is available in a whole six different variations: strawberry, blueberry, fruit salad, banana, mango and pineapple. Our “Coppa Prosecco” on the other hand, a delicacy composed of lemon sorbet, fresh strawberries and of course prosecco, is one of a kind – and we promise it will melt your heart! Caffè e Gelato for Children To make sure our guests of all ages feel at home with us, we offer a whole range of sundaes especially for children. Little boys will love our creation “Bruno the Bear”, a composition of chocolate ice cream with a semi-frozen mix of vanilla, whipped cream, chocolate candy and chocolate sauce. And little girls will be thrilled by their own special sundae “Kitty”, made of strawberry ice cream with a semi-frozen mix of vanilla, whipped cream, chocolate candy and chocolate sauce. Mmmm... |
La Dolce Vita (ice cream specialities with dairy ice cream) In contrast to our fruity wellness sundaes, the creations in our La Dolce Vita section are more on the chocolate and nut side of life. Who could resist a composition like “DolceAmaro”, made out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, Tuscan waffles, whipped cream, liquid nougat, caramelised almonds and chocolate shavings? And whose mouth wouldn’t water at the thought of a sundae of malaga rum and raisin and vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, zabaglione sauce, raisins and candyfloss? Coffee, Cake & Co. The name of our ice cream salon says it all: Caffè e Gelato is much more than “just” an ice cream parlour. So even our visitors who don’t feel like ice cream won’t go home hungry. We offer you the finest coffee products, have a range of delicious loose teas for tea lovers, and also offer other drinks such as numerous juices (including freshly squeezed fruit juice) and fine wines. Or why not treat yourself to crêpes, our very own cakes baked in-house or savoury toasted sandwiches. Enjoy! |
